Position Summary:
This position will be responsible for supporting the Human Resource function for business units including but not limited to NPS, CBS Scene, NPP Dev., NEP, KraftGroup/TKG, IFP & HR.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Administer all employment practices and policies in strict compliance with Federal, State and Local Law including but not limited to: record keeping, background checks, E-verify, immigration, EEOC, Confidentiality and OSHA reporting.
2. Maintain all aspects of the HRIS system including compliance with all necessary documentation including review of all new and re-hire documents, change notices and as needed terminations including the accurate data entry of all documents into the Company HRIS within 48 hours of receipt using the applicable HR process and checklist.
3. Review of legal authorization to execute background checks, request for applicable background checks and review of any negative results. Collaborate with HRM and Sr. HRM regarding any potential adverse actions required.
4. Manage e-verify process for all new hires and rehires, communicate Tentative Non-Confirmations, follow-up and communicate to HRM any pending issues for resolution on a timely basis. Ensure confirmation receipt is recorded.
5. Process and file all documents within 48 hours of receipt. Responsible for remote paperwork audit and files.
6. Provide internal customer service to various departments and employees.
7. Responsible for creation, maintenance and control of all personally identifiable information or any other information protected by Confidentiality and Privacy Standards, in accordance with Mass Regulations on Personal Identity Regulations and HIPPA.
8. Special projects as business dictates

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
