Position
Summary:
This position is responsible for ensuring that all guests are permitted to enjoy tailgating while following venue policies.
Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
1. Being prepared to assist with situations such as: a. Guests occupying more than one parking space per vehicle b. Inappropriate behavior c. Public Intoxication d. Escorting of players or special guests to and from vehicles 2. Advising Guests with large bags and other prohibited items they will not be permitted into the stadium 3. Being a presence to prevent any theft or lack of cooperation on guest's behalf 4. Answering all questions, addressing all complaints and concerns and assisting guests with all issues in a courteous, professional
and effective manner 5. Controlling access to restricted areas 6. Assisting with any other assignments that your supervisor may give you 7. Responsible for seeing that each guest is given the level of service they expect 8. Contacting supervisor immediately if an accident involving a vehicle or multiple vehicles occurs; supervisor will contact the local
police authorities and a report will be filled out accordingly. 9. Other duties as assigned

##### Skills, Qualifications & Experience
1. High School education or one month related experience, training or an equivalent combination of education and experience 2. Available to work all mandatory full Stadium events 3. Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays 4. Ability to take direction 5. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one situations to customers and other employees of the company 6. Ability to work for long periods of time 7. Ability to work in inclement weather 8. Ability to be flexible and deal with shifting priorities.
