Our client a premier real estate investment, development and management company, of commercial properties throughout the US seeks a leader for its south of Boston location. Reporting to the VP you will take charge of the accounting and operations for this nearly half a million square foot facility. You will prepare annual budgets and business/leasing assumptions for the property. Prepare annual CAM reconciliation. Prepare and distribute monthly/quarterly management and budget variance reports; Administer Tenants and Landlords compliance with terms of the Lease. Administer Tenant Defaults with the terms of the Lease/company policy and procedures timelines. Represent LandlordS interest in leasing transactions, staying abreast of current market conditions in order to achieve highest occupancy possible Negotiate lease agreements using approval authorities designated by the company prepare lease analysis documents for proper approvals. Prepare Lease amendments, tenant notices and other lease related correspondence as and when required. You will also lead an operations staff of 8. The successful candidate will have A BS degree and a minimum of 8 years previous commercial property accounting and or commercial property operations experience.
