Top ranked regional litigation firm is in search of an Associate Attorney.
This opportunity is a perfect match for those who are passionate about Commercial Litigation, Business Litigation, and have 2 to 5 years of experience working as an Associate Attorney.

Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Associate Attorney, you will be expected to:
1.
Experience representing a range of clients in complex corporate and commercial litigation 2.
Interpret laws, rulings, and regulations for individuals and businesses, providing clear, concise, and comprehensive legal advice.
3.
Prepare and draft legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, appeals, contracts, and deeds.
4.
Conduct research and analysis of legal problems to ensure the clients are provided with accurate and timely information and advice.
5.
Negotiate settlements in civil and commercial disputes, aiming to resolve cases favorably for the client.
6.
Conduct due diligence in legal matters concerning contracts, agreements, and negotiations.
7.
Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and conferences, demonstrating exceptional litigation skills.
8.
Collaborate with a team of attorneys to develop effective strategies for managing cases and improving client service.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this exciting role, you must possess:
1.
A Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
2.
A minimum of 2 years of experience as an Associate Attorney, preferably in Commercial Litigation.
3.
Admission to the Massachusetts and Rhode Island Bar 4.
Must have strong research, drafting, writing, and communication skills5.
Excellent negotiation, research, and communication skills.
6.
The ability to handle a significant caseload and work independently.
7.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
