Job Description:
Lead end-to-end SAP FI/CO implementation projects, including system configuration, customization, and integration with other SAP modules.
Provide expertise in the design and implementation of financial processes to meet business requirements.
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure the successful integration of SAP FI/CO solutions.
Conduct detailed analysis of business processes and systems, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
Configure and customize SAP FI/CO modules to meet specific business requirements.
Translate business needs into technical specifications for SAP configuration and development.
Implement custom solutions to address specific business challenges within the FI/CO landscape.

years proven experience in SAP FI/CO Business/Systems Analyst in a Sr.
Role Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on SAP FI/CO modules.
In-depth knowledge of SAP FI/CO modules related to product costing; G/L, A/P, A/R, Treasury and Profitability Analysis Strong understanding of financial business processes and accounting principles.
My Notes:
Need strong experience working with SAP FICO.
This will be the FICO lead for the entire company.
FICO Expertise is Required (configuring FICO, working with business stakeholders, working with developers to curate the system to the needs of the business, etc.
) Established business analysis skills to be able to partner with the business to execute project-based work.
Evaluate current processes and identify areas of improvement, root cause and resolution of current process defects, etc.
Needs to have BSA competencies in SAP to complement the BA/SME work.
Needs to have technical aptitude, including configuration, systems, and needs to be tech-savy.
Really looking for a FICO SME, someone who has been working with it for 10
years.
My challenge has been finding someone who is willing to come onsite for 4x/week.
Retail experience is highly desired.
