Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain cultivation software systems, including data entry, inventory tracking, and reporting- Collaborate with cultivation team to ensure accurate and up-to-date inventory records- Assist in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) related to cultivation software and inventory management- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with state regulations and internal policies- Troubleshoot and resolve any software or inventory-related issues- Provide training and support to cultivation team members on software usage and inventory management best practices- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in cultivation software and inventory management technologiesSalary$23 - $26 USD per hourRequired Skills- Minimum 21 years of age- Strong proficiency in cultivation software systems and inventory management- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping- Knowledge of state regulations and compliance requirements for cannabis cultivation- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and tasksDesired Skills- Previous experience in a similar role within the cannabis industry- Familiarity with seed-to-sale tracking systems- Understanding of cultivation techniques and processes- Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain management principles- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools- Certification or training in cultivation software systems or inventory managementAbout RenewThere is no machine that can grow high quality cannabis, it takes a truly dedicated team of skilled people to grow great consistent product.
